Hey Global Education Collaborative Members - Just a final reminder that you have about 7 hours left to submit proposals for the 2011 Global Education Conference. Global collaboration and connections are key to successful proposals.

Make sure to do the following:

  • Read our strands and submission page. We are looking for specific kinds of proposals! Make sure you understand our mission. This is not solely a technology or general education conference!
  • Follow the proposal process instructions carefully as outlined in the Call for Proposals! You must use the required template and tags.
  • You need to join the speakers group after submitting your idea.

The international advisory board team will be online off and on until the close monitoring activity unless we fall asleep first. As it's Halloween in the U.S, some of us may be otherwise occupied, but we will try to respond to your questions as quickly as possible.

Thank you to all who have submitted thus far. We are impressed with the quality and scope of presentations, and can't wait for November 14 when the real fun begins. If you have been given suggestions on how to improve your proposal, please consider making edits and re-submitting. We want everyone to participate!

Best regards, Lucy Gray
Conference Co-Chair
