Is it "instructional" technology or "inquiry" as we seek to develop the metacognition of the student?

see my talk on "How do we fit global education within our curriculum at various grade levels?" at 11:00 Wednesday in Mountain time and by the way when are you speaking in mountain time, I would very much like to hear your presentation?

Hello Paul! thank you for your interest in my study. I believe I mean enhancing inquiry but utilizing instructional technology in these learning situations. I will definitely look out for your talk. I am not certain about my presentation schedule. I will update it here as soon as I find out.

Looking forward to find out how your sampled population  are leveraging instructional technology to create global classrooms and what  transformative learning approaches they adopt. Sharing successful practices.
