About Me or Reason for Joining the GEC:
I am a grade 5/6 teacher who is very passionate about global education and the use of web 2.0 tools in the classroom. I have created links with schools across the world and will be traveling to China for the second time this year working with teachers in a school to help them upgrade their knowledge of 21st century learning.
I teach at low socio economic school, since introducing my students to the world they now believe there is life outside of our town and one they could travel somewhere in the world. They are also respectful and building their knowledge of other cultures.
