I am looking to obtain an international and contracted teaching position, within a public and/or private school outside of the United States, for the 2019/2020 school year. My preference, is to obtain a position that will allow me to continue working with and educating children ranging from 6-18 years of age.
I am a licensed and certified ESL & Special and Early Childhood Education Teacher, in the state of IL. I graduated from Northern Illinois University in May, 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Special and Early Childhood Education- as well as with a minor in/endorsement for teaching English as Second Language. Thus far in my career, I have professional teaching experience working with children ranging from birth- 3rd grade. This experience has allowed me to work in educational facilities located in urban school districts, impoverished communities, neighborhoods located in the inner city of Chicago, as well as in Early Childhood Development Centers in both rural and urban communities within the state of Illinois.
I have come to a point in my teaching career in which I am ready to pursue a new and greater challenge. I feel that I am a teacher who is well-equipped to take on a new and challenging teaching endeavor. I am well-versed in my ability to adapt to change, and to handle challenges in a way that is productive and forthcoming. I am an educator who is eager to learn, travel, and to immerse myself into a new culture and school setting. It is my goal to combine my range of experience, with my ability to be an compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher/leader who will make a positive contribution to your school district and to the community at-large. I would welcome an interview and hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
