My students have formed groups at http://webtowhere.ning.com/group/studentgroups
They are waiting to discuss what they are wearing and what is in their closet with other 13 to 16 year olds around the world.
Today some of them took pictures of what they were wearing and are uploading it to their Ning group. Hopefully this will be done on Thursday - I only have them for 2x50 min periods per week.
So far they are just introducing themselves in their groups.
Love to see more schools get involved. So far we have one school from Russia and one from the US.

Please note: Schools can join this project at any time during october and November. The project may continue after November depending on interest.
Classes can stay for a short time or continue for as long as they wish.
Students do need to be at least 13 years old.
All countries welcome.
The global Web2Where project is part of my PhD research looking at how social and participatory media can be used to enhance teaching and learning.
Hi Mihaela,
It would be fantastic to have your students from Romania join us.
Can you please sign up at http://webtowhere.ning.com/.
How many students would like to enrol?
Hi Gail,
I like very much your idea and I think my students will love this. I am from Romania and my students are between 14 and 18. I'd like to join your project.
regards,
Mihaela
Hi Shannon,
I am from Australia so am not sure what a pink slip is. This project will finish at the end of November so there is still plenty of time.
Hope to work with your class when you get one.
Best wishes
Gail
