Short Session Description (one line): Chemistry Content and Modeling to Teach Climate Change

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Students are loving my techniques for teaching chemistry content this year! I would like to share our outline for the course and how this strategy is helping my students to see the BIG PICTURE that a deep understanding of chemistry is part of the global solution to climate change. Citizen science, modelling and technology are essential in the course, so students are learning how to apply these concepts at the global and local level. I will share student work, strategies, and chemistry content applications. Bonus: I will offer a free one-year Sutori subscription to someone who would love to try out Sutori.
