Short Session Description (one line):  Sharing student experiences with Digiteen and Digitween, a global digital citizenship project.


Full Session Description (as long as you would like):  Students involved in the Digiteen project will share their experiences with the audience regarding learning about digital citizenship and collaborating online.  The project allows young people (and their teachers) to study and explore digital citizenship and how to be responsible and reliable online learners.  Using Edmodo as a base to connect and collaborate, students then move to a google doc to share resources.  From the doc, students create a presentation to share with their local community.  After, students celebrate and share their experiences during student summits.
