Short Session Description (one line): A session on the utilization of post-traditional and adult learning principles for both administrators and faculty working with international learners.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like):  

International learners are considered excellent sources of revenue.  However, one must ask, are higher education institutions aware of the diverse needs of international learners?  In addition, are the principles utilized in our undergraduate and graduate settings serving the educational needs of our international learners?

This session will highlight new research related to adult learning and post-traditional learning principles through an international learner lens.  In addition, takeaways will be presented for working with international learners for both higher education administrators, as well as faculty.
