Dear Presenters -

We're about a month and a half away from the conference and I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a few reminders.

  • If you have not received an acceptance letter from me, check your email or inbox at http://globaleducationconference.com.
  • If your proposal has been accepted, we recommend that you book your session on our calendar as soon as possible. These directions are in your acceptance letter.
  • If you edit your proposal at any time after acceptance, it will be saved into the Introductions category of our discussion forum. I need to move your proposal back to Accepted Proposals, so just drop me a note if you do edit your proposal and need your submission moved.
  • We have a few proposals that require edits and these people have been notified. Edits need to be made ASAP. Please send me a note if and when you do this, so I can review your proposal again.

Stay tuned for announcements about trainings and such. In the meantime, think about how you are going to publicize your session in order to draw attendees. We do promotion as well, but it's important that you also participate in this.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you so much for your upcoming service; we appreciate you sharing your knowledge with the world!

Hi,

This is Ginger Heller. I'm about to submit my proposal but was hoping I could talk with someone to review the kind of content I would like to present and to make sure that I'm  in line with the expectations of the conference.

Is there someone to call? I'm in CT, USA on Eastern time.

Thanks

Ginger

I just sent you an email. Send me your proposal, and I'll be happy to take a look. You can also review our mission to see if it's a good fit:  http://www.globaleducationconference.com/notes/The_GEC_Mission_Stat....

Thanks!
