Hi everyone!

I am really passionate about education, in all of its forms including home education. I'm not sure if this is the right platform to present my latest research focus on using online resources to access internationally accredited high school curricula (namely IGCSEs and A Levels from Cambridge International Assessments). Please advise.

I've found that home educators accessing high school curricula, especially via online resources, are able to jump barriers found in brick-and-mortar schools. This is apparent when they use Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and need to navigate the intricacies of multicultural discussion boards to further their learning; or when they curate resources to research their subject material.

If you believe this topic is worth presenting, I can see it being relevant to teachers, educators who want to consider the possibilities of flexi-learning at high school, and home educators.

I welcome any comments or suggestions!

Best wishes,

Hi Samantha -

I think this topic is interesting, and if you submitted a proposal, it needs to relate directly to our mission: https://www.globaleducationconference.org/page/our-mission. We are not a purely ed tech or general education conference.
