Presenter and Moderator Links

PLEASE BE CAREFUL:

This page is ONLY for presenters and volunteer moderators, as the links below are the moderator links for the conference session rooms. Please do not share this page. You can direct those who wish to attend your session to the conference schedule.

The room links below will only start working sometime on Saturday, November 12. Do not use your session room to practice--use http://www.thepracticeroom.me. If you go in your room early, remember do not start the recording. This should only be done at the time of your presentation once you have started presenting.

The Volunteer Lounge

The volunteer lounge is the Blackboard Collaborate room, which will be open for the duration of the conference, is where volunteers will report to get assignments for sessions, and where presenters can visit to get any help that they need at any time during the conference. Join the volunteer lounge at http://thevolunteerlounge.me.

Note: We recommend that volunteer moderators keep both the volunteer lounge room and any room in which they are moderating open simultaneously.
