World of 7 Billion Video Contest Winners Announced!

Over 900 high school students from the U.S., Canada, and abroad took part in the “World of 7 Billion” video contest hosted by the Education Program at Population Connection. Students were challenged to create a 60 second video that illustrates the connection between world population at 7 billion and one of three topics: climate change, global poverty, and water sustainability. Bring creativity and global awareness  into your high school classroom by incorporating the World of 7 Billion video contest into your syllabus. Challenge your students to create a short (60 seconds or less) video illustrating the connection between world population at seven billion and one of the following: climate change, global poverty, or water sustainability.
