18th November

This is my second GEC connection this week and today I joined two really diferent sessions:

The first one, on Global IQ , has revealed  what is this quotient, its applications and somestrategies on how to help our students to build an effective global IQ and globalizate our classrooms.

17th November

Yesterday I had the opportunity to join two interesting sessions during the first day of Globaledcon 2014.

The first one, on geo-education opened a hole new world of opportunities, useful resources and best practices that would definitively help us to connect contents with the real world in our classrooms, preparing our students (and I would enclose teachers also) for life in an interconnected world, and to be active and conscious citizens of the world.

My Gec: closing day

Today, I've only the opportunity to assist to one conference: Using online resources for teachiing EFL to students from under-served communities, and it was really worth it!

Saleem Ibrahim has showed us how technologies could bring better opportunities to under-served communities, and improve the quality of  life of their population.
