I am currently working on a prototype educational system that will educate a learner with an individual curriculum online anywhere in the world for $500/yr. I want to do the research 50% in Haiti and 50% in Florida. 2,000 students for 2 years. By the time they get to the end of the second year they all will have experienced both cultures and lessons in French & English. One thing this will prove is that culture has nothing to do with ability
